Interserve has been working closely with CB Richard Ellis, providing integrated facilities services to corporate head offices and commercial property to its entire managed shopping centre portfolio of 15 shopping centres including Silverburn (Glasgow) and Crowngate (Worcester). More recently, Interserve was awarded two city of London contracts, 99 Bishopsgate and CityPoint, a 1m sq ft, 36-floor central London office and retail space with over 52,600 sq m of floor space.
