Bethlem Royal Hospital medium secure unit
Delivered under the ProCure21 framework for South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Interserve's design and construction of this 89-bed medium secure unit formed part of a larger scheme, which included a similar unit at Lambeth Hospital.
Cornwall schools
Client: Cornwall County Council
The Cornwall schools project consisted of interim services being operational on all the schools involved whilst an extensive programme of refurbishment to 15 Primary Schools was rolled out in a series of phases over three years.
Cwmbran town centre redevelopment
A flexible and co-operative approach resulted in a Gold Award under the Considerate Constructors Scheme and the accolade of “Most Considerate Site 2002”. The citation read as follows:
Cyprium waterfront, Swansea
Attracted by a reputation for delivering high quality projects, Terrace Hill Limited approached Interserve to negotiate the design and build of this commercial office development consisting of an in-situ concrete flat slab frame on piled foundations.
Project Armada (PFI)
Interserve has created new, state-of-the-art, en-suite single living and mess accommodation at the Fleet Accommodation Centre at Devonport HM Naval Base – the largest naval base in Western Europe.

Leeds schools (BSF)
The Interserve-led consortium, Environments for Learning (E4L), has been awarded a contract to deliver the Leeds Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme, as part of a 10-year strategic partnership between Leeds City Council, Education Leeds, the government's Partnership for Schools and E4L.
Liberty Stadium, Swansea
City and County of Swansea appointed Interserve to design and construct a new 20,000-seat sports stadium worth £27m at Morfa, Swansea.
London Borough of Croydon
In July 2006, Interserve won one of the first of a new breed of integrated total facilities management partnerships with the London Borough of Croydon, designed to use the facilities portfolio as an enabler for change and improvement.
