Interserve's experience in the leisure sector spans the whole life of amenities and covers a number of prestigious projects both within the UK and internationally. At the broadest level we assist with the planning of new facilities, build them and operate them on behalf of our clients. There are also several instances where we have invested in them through PFI contracts.

Interserve won the first ever non-education PFI contract in the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, for the creation and operation of two new leisure centres for Leeds City Council. The centres opened in 2010, with Interserve providing operational services for a period of 25 years thereafter.
